360 Search Covid Protocol

At 360 Search, the health and well-being of our clients and candidates is paramount. In this new landscape with COVID-19, it is our aim to be in front of this situation, where we can, putting people first and committing to new procedures that empower and support everyone. We are
asking our guests to adhere to the below guidelines to keep our workspaces as safe as possible. It is through compassion and consideration for one another that we have outlined this protocol.

SIGN-IN PROCESS / CONTACT DETAILS

We have updated our guest sign-in process to accommodate HSE requests for contact tracing. Please provide your host with your first name, surname, and a phone number. This information will be stored securely and will only be used for
the purpose of contact tracing.

HEALTH ASSESSMENT QUESTIONS

Please read through the health assessment questions below. If you answer ‘Yes’ to any of the
following questions please contact your consultant. They will be able to advise on the next steps to take.

1. Do you have symptoms of cough, fever, high temperature, sore throat, runny nose, breathlessness, or flu like symptoms now or in the past 14 days?
Yes/No

2. Have you been diagnosed with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 infection in the last 14 days?
Yes/No

3. Are you a close contact of a person who is a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in
the past 14 days (i.e. less than 2m for more than 15 minutes accumulative in 1 day)?
Yes/No

4. Have you been advised to self-isolate at this time?
Yes/No

5. Have you been advised by a doctor to cocoon at this
time?
Yes/No

THERMAL CAMERA

There is a thermal camera at the entrance of each of our buildings. We are asking our guests to take a temperature
reading by standing in front of the camera before accessing our building. This process takes less than two seconds
and is an extra safety measure we have taken in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Anybody with a temperature of above
37.5 degrees will not be granted access to our building at that time.

HYGIENE & PPE

It has been shown that handwashing and respiratory hygiene is effective against the spread of COVID-19. We ask that
you continue to employ good respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette within our workspaces.
We have provided disposable gloves and face coverings at reception for you to use during your visit.

GUEST SIGN-OUT
When your meeting concludes we ask that you sign-out at reception with the Reception Team at 360 Search.
