Our client is a leading claims management company, known for providing top-tier claims and legal services to some of Ireland’s most established insurers. Operating in both outsourced and “white label” capacities, they are now looking for experienced Motor Damage Claims Handlers to join their team in Dublin.

Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will be responsible for managing claims from start to finish, with the autonomy to investigate, assess, and settle claims within your personal authority level. This role involves working on multiple client systems as well as internal platforms, engaging professionally with policyholders, brokers, clients, and solicitors while ensuring excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for investigating potential fraud cases, liaising with relevant teams, and maintaining accurate records on internal systems in line with company and regulatory standards.

To be considered for this position, you must have at least three years of experience in motor claims handling and hold a minimum of an APA qualification. You should have a strong background in negotiation and claims settlement, coupled with a thorough knowledge of CPC guidelines, data protection laws, and Central Bank regulatory requirements.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to €60K along with 25 days of annual leave, flexible working hours with the option to work from home up to two days per week, and coverage of III membership and exam costs.
