360 Search are recruiting on behalf of a respected and trusted Life & Pensions Brokerage based in Galway, seeking a dedicated and experienced Life & Pensions Client Services Manager to join the close-knit team. The successful candidate will manage client relationships, ensure seamless service delivery, and support the business in delivering top-tier financial advisory services.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all inquiries related to Life & Pensions products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the Senior Financial Advisor by conducting regular client reviews to assess service needs and address any issues or concerns.
  • Lead the administration of Life & Pensions policies, including new business processing, renewals, and claims.
  • Ensure all client documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and other third parties to facilitate client transactions.
  • Suggest and implement ideas and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and overall client-service and satisfaction.
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting Life & Pensions products.
  • On occasion, assist with marketing initiatives, such as client events and educational seminars.

  
Qualifications:

  • Ideally hold over 3 years’ experience in either a client-facing or support role (or both) within the Life & Pensions industry.
  • Full QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) designation is required.
  • Any additional industry qualifications will be highly regarded i.e. RPA, CFP.
  • Strong knowledge of Life & Pensions products, including policies, claims processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
