This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in the Irish commercial insurance market who is looking to take the next step in their career.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain your own book of commercial renewals.
  • Achieve and exceed individual retention and service targets.
  • Handle all aspects of monthly renewals, including documentation and client communication.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Provide expert advice and high-quality customer service across all client interactions.
  • Handle inbound client calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain and grow knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in commercial insurance in the Irish market.
  • Proven experience managing an existing book of business.
  • APA Commercial qualified (minimum); working towards full CIP qualification.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and solutions-oriented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine interest in career development within commercial insurance.
