Our client is a leading insurance brokerage with multiple offices nationwide. They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join their growing Commercial Insurance team in their Dublin office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in the Irish commercial insurance market who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain your own book of commercial renewals.
- Achieve and exceed individual retention and service targets.
- Handle all aspects of monthly renewals, including documentation and client communication.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and insurers.
- Provide expert advice and high-quality customer service across all client interactions.
- Handle inbound client calls efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain and grow knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in commercial insurance in the Irish market.
- Proven experience managing an existing book of business.
- APA Commercial qualified (minimum); working towards full CIP qualification.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and solutions-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine interest in career development within commercial insurance.
