My client is a well established, Irish owned Insurance Brokerage,who i looking to add a new member to their commercial team.
The Role:
- Manage the retention and growth of a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.
- Work closely with a dedicated Account Handler to deliver a high level of service across all key touchpoints (renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims).
- Identify and generate new business opportunities from both existing clients and self-sourced prospects.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking and relationship development.
- Develop a deep understanding of target sectors to tailor a strategic, consultative sales approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to consistently deliver a best-in-class client experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with key insurer partners.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory and internal requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience within a commercial insurance broking environment.
- Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g. CIP, MDI, ACII), with the ability to meet Fitness & Probity standards.
- Strong client focus with a track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through new business and account development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by high performance.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
