Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration and management of external group schemes, ensuring all processes run smoothly and client needs are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and providers, handling queries, providing support, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- You’ll be responsible for monitoring the accuracy of data, processing member changes, and handling any queries or issues that arise.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of external group schemes for our clients
- Your role will require a high level of attention to detail and strong communication skills, as you’ll be liaising with both internal teams and external parties to deliver a seamless service to our clients.
Requirements:
- Qualifications and Skills:
- QFA qualified
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a Group Scheme Administration.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced brokerage.
- Personal Attributes:
- Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
