360 Search are working alongside an established, forward thinking Financial Services Intermediary Firm, operating across Life & Pensions, Wealth Management, Employee Benefits & Mortgages.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking to add another Financial Advisor to the existing team, someone who wants to join an energetic firm that use best in class tech solutions to provide financial advice for clients.
This opportunity will suit a junior to mid-level Financial Advisor who is keen to develop their career, surrounded by a supportive team and Manager.
Responsibilities
- Developing relations with new business clients offering them impartial financial advice.
- Providing continuous support and advice for existing book clients on a yearly basis.
- Utilizing new business leads to convert potential clients.
- Participate in Business Development activities to build your client portfolio, personal network and brand.
- Carrying out full financial reviews and offering advice across; Pension, Protection, Investment & Savings policies.
- Present and explain all recommendations to clients clearly and answer any questions they may have.
- Build and maintain lasting professional relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ of industry experience
- Proven experience in a client-facing advisory position within a Brokerage or Life Company
- QFA qualified at a minimum
- Strong understanding of the pensions and investment market
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to conduct a client meeting via Video Conferencing technology
