Our client is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as an independent financial adviser. This is a great opportunity to work with an existing client base while also developing new client relationships, with full support provided for obtaining future qualifications to enhance your expertise and career progression. 
 
Role Overview:
As a Financial Advisor, you will offer expert advice and tailored financial solutions, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and the company’s best practices. You’ll conduct thorough research to provide the most appropriate recommendations to clients and will be actively involved in generating new business opportunities. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional financial advice that aligns with regulatory standards and procedures. 
  • Build and expand your client portfolio through a mix of self-generated leads, referrals, and existing clients. 
  • Identify and address a wide range of financial planning needs, helping clients achieve their financial objectives. 
  • Drive business growth by increasing client assets under management (AUM) and revenue, while maintaining a high standard of proactive service.

  • Extensive experience in financial advisory, with a proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios.
  • A high level of commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and explain complex information clearly.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Deep knowledge of financial planning, including pensions, investments, tax-efficient strategies, and holistic planning.
  • A client-centric approach, prioritising strong, long-term relationships and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

  • QFA
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, markets, and industry practices.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior advisors if required.
  • Proficient in using financial planning software and tools.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial advisory or related roles.
