Our client, one of Ireland’s largest brokerages, is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Executive to join their team in Dublin.
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify calls with the potential to generate new business and successfully convert leads into sales. Your key duties include identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, building strong rapport with customers, maintaining accurate and up-to-date data on applied relay systems, and delivering exceptional customer care. Additionally, you must be capable of processing leads, quotations, and new business policies with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
To be considered, you should have a minimum of one year of experience in personal lines insurance, excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage daily tasks effectively, and proficient communication and negotiation skills. The role requires someone who can work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Relay and an APA qualification is advantageous.
