Position Overview
A well-established financial services firm is seeking a detail-focused Client Support Administrator to support its advisory team. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality financial planning and wealth management services while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will support the operational side of the business by managing client documentation, maintaining accurate records across internal systems, and preparing materials for client meetings. A strong focus on compliance is required, with responsibility for following internal procedures, checklists, and regulatory standards. You will also contribute to improving internal processes by recording and tracking key data, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in line with team performance metrics.
  • On the client side, you will act as a first point of contact, handling queries in a professional and responsive manner. You will coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed to a high standard, and support ongoing client relationships through regular communication and follow-up. There is an expectation to take a proactive, phone-first approach when resolving queries.
  • You will also assist with investment administration, including processing transactions, maintaining records, and preparing performance reports for clients.
  • General administrative support is a core part of the role. This includes processing new business documentation, managing client updates, coordinating schedules, and handling correspondence. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the office runs efficiently.
  • There is an ongoing expectation to stay up to date with industry developments and to engage in continuous professional development, including completing relevant training and certifications where required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services administration or a related field. Progress toward, or willingness to obtain, relevant qualifications such as QFA or CFP is beneficial.
  • You should bring strong organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage your time effectively. Clear communication, both written and verbal, is essential, along with confidence in using financial systems and standard office software.
  • A proactive mindset is important. You should take ownership of your work, act with integrity, and handle sensitive client information with discretion. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is key.

What’s on Offer

  • The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with clear opportunities for career development. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment with access to ongoing training.
  • The position also offers a hybrid working model, combining office and remote working, with a structured schedule in place.
