The primary goals, objectives, or functions of this position include:

  • Building a pipeline of corporate sales opportunities with major accounts in a defined geographical area and developing/executing win plans to convert leads to new business.
  • Developing robust account plans and retention strategies for existing and new accounts.
  • Meeting predefined new business and retention targets set annually.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in existing client accounts.
  • Adopting a professional, solution-led consultative approach to client interactions, providing in-depth consultancy services at the corporate level.
  • Influencing and engaging effectively at the C-Suite level.
  • Having a thorough understanding of key competitor propositions and market trends.
  • Communicating effectively with corporate clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Establishing good working relationships with internal stakeholders across various business functions, including Health & Wellness, Product & Pricing, Marketing, Corporate Services, Corporate Development, and Senior Management Team.
  • Understanding the terms of the Pay Related Performance scheme and working closely with the Corporate Sales Manager to achieve consistently high scores.
  • Contributing to team and business growth by developing client or business initiatives that add value and create innovative ways of working.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador both inside and outside normal working hours.
  • Engaging proactively in networking initiatives through online channels and face-to-face events.
  • Working as part of a team that fosters a culture of support, individuality, and mutual respect.
  • Raising your profile internally and externally while supporting junior team members.
  • Ensuring continuous, quality communication with corporate clients through the customer service structure.
  • Reviewing all incoming contracts, orders, and enquiries to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
  • Adhering to the company’s quality policy and procedures in order processing.
  • Participating in corporate entertainment programs.

Candidates must demonstrate an ability to develop and maintain relationships at a corporate level with large, prestigious accounts. Experience in an appropriate sales/marketing environment is required.
 
The role requires:

  • Analyzing, evaluating, and presenting solutions to client problems within the constraints of product offerings and policies.
  • Motivating customer service personnel to deliver client-specific material within tight deadlines.
