Our client, a respected organization within the professional education and financial services sector, are now hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of strategic marketing initiatives.
  
This is a key role focused on driving engagement across a diverse member base, supporting the growth of education programs, and enhancing brand visibility. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, campaign automation (particularly via HubSpot), and emerging technologies such as AI.
  
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to drive recruitment for educational programs and CPD events.
  • Optimize and manage integrated marketing campaigns through email, social media, webinars, and direct outreach.
  • Utilize HubSpot for workflow automation and campaign management.
  • Integrate AI technologies to elevate content creation, segmentation, and engagement.

  
Stakeholder & Sponsorship Engagement

  • Work cross-functionally with education, membership, and business development teams to ensure alignment of marketing goals.
  • Identify and nurture sponsorship opportunities in collaboration with the commercial team.

  
Content & Communication

  • Oversee production of high-quality, purpose-driven marketing content across digital and print platforms.
  • Ensure all messaging reflects the value proposition of professional education and development offerings.
  • Repurpose content for multiple formats and audiences.

  
Analytics & Optimization

  • Use data insights to inform marketing strategy and drive campaign performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and continuously refine activities for greater ROI and effectiveness.

  
Team Leadership & Operations

  • Manage, mentor, and support a small marketing team.
  • Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • Oversee marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and value delivery.
  • Lead adoption of advanced marketing tools and streamline processes.

  
Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in professional education or financial services.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team.
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot, particularly workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-driven tools in a marketing context.
  • Solid digital marketing background (email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proven experience in team and budget management.
