Your new role
You’ll join the motor claims function as a Bodily Injury Claims Handler, managing a portfolio of moderate to high complexity motor bodily injury claims. The role covers single and multi-party claims, with responsibility for end-to-end handling within agreed authority levels. This is a Dublin-based hybrid role, with flexibility for full-time or part-time working arrangements.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience handling motor bodily injury claims
- Proven experience managing moderate to high value and complex claims portfolios
- CIP qualification is required, with ACII desirable
- Accredited under the Minimum Competency Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge across policy coverage, liability and quantum
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage workload, reserves and diaries effectively
- Comfortable working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
