Our client is a well-established, Irish-owned brokerage with over 70 years in the industry and offices across Ireland. They are currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive to join their Dublin team. This position involves supporting clients both over the phone and in person, offering tailored solutions for car, home, and van insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on personal lines products to meet their specific needs.
- Managing new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals.
- Providing a professional and consistent level of customer service.
- Assisting clients throughout the claims process.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally with progress toward or completion of CIP qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, detail-focused, and diligent.
- A collaborative team member with a proactive attitude.
