Our client, a well-regarded Insurance Broker based in Dublin, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive to join their team.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of personal lines clients, handling a variety of responsibilities including processing renewals, managing mid-term adjustments, providing new business quotes, setting up new policies, and responding to client queries via phone and email. You will primarily work with Home, Motor, and Travel insurance policies, collaborating closely with a small, supportive team to maintain high customer service standards and ensure compliance.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in personal lines insurance and an APA qualification, or be working towards one. Strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently, and a customer-focused approach are key to success in this role.
