Personal Lines Administrator

Location:

North Dublin - Hybrid

Job Type:

Permanent / Full Time

Sector:

Insurance

Salary:

€30,000 - €35,000

We’re working with a well-established brokerage based in North County Dublin, known for delivering tailored insurance solutions to a broad range of private and corporate clients for over 50 years. They are now seeking a Personal Lines Administrator to join their team. This is a non-customer-facing role focused on the operational side of personal lines insurance, with particular emphasis on renewals and mid-term adjustments. It’s a great fit for someone who values structure, precision, and playing a vital role behind the scenes.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and issuing renewal documentation for motor and home insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll also process mid-term changes and handle new business documentation, including issuing motor certificates once payment and paperwork are received. You’ll play an important part in supporting account executives and advisors by maintaining up-to-date, accurate system records and keeping everything on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational abilities. An APA in Personal Insurance is required, and experience with Relay or Applied Systems would be a distinct advantage.

In return, you’ll receive a salary of up to €35,000 depending on experience, along with benefits including pension contributions, hybrid working, free parking, and support for continued learning and career development. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive team where growth and professional progress are actively encouraged.
