Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of robust business cases and commercial relationships with partner insurers to ensure the delivery of market-leading products and pricing.
- Assist in setting annual and monthly KPIs for insurer partners aligned to overall company targets, and actively manage performance against those targets, including the development of delivery roadmaps.
- Build analytical insights to identify opportunities for growth and improved commercial outcomes.
- Prepare monthly performance and insight packs for insurer partners, providing clear, actionable recommendations to grow their portfolio.
- Ensure effective day-to-day collaboration between insurer underwriting teams and the client’s customer-facing operations to maximise competitive quote availability.
- Analyse market and performance data to identify gaps in pricing, quotability, or competitiveness, and support initiatives to improve conversion and retention.
- Deliver cross-functional projects that contribute to wider trading and commercial objectives.
- Support ad hoc initiatives and projects as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong understanding of insurance P&L structures, with the ability to challenge insurer pricing and underwriting decisions.
- Degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Minimum of five years’ experience working with personal lines insurance products.
- CIP qualification required.
