The Sales Excellence Specialist will play a pivotal role in training, continuous improvement, and driving sales excellence across the organisation. Responsibilities
- Provide expert business support, including reviewing vulnerable customer cases, mystery shopping results, and welcome call issues
- Act as a subject matter expert on systems and technical matters for complex cases
- Support the onboarding and integration of new advisors into the distribution channel
- Collaborate with Regional Managers to deliver point-of-sale observations and feedback
- Contribute to business strategy and help shape team goals related to sales effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for improvement at both individual and channel levels
- Ensure all sales activities consider customer interests
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
- QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) or similar qualification is essential
- Relevant experience, ideally within Financial Services Brokerage or Insurance a plus
- Excellent customer service focus and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and drive change
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Business analysis skills and a solid understanding of the insurance industry
