The Sales Excellence Specialist will play a pivotal role in training, continuous improvement, and driving sales excellence across the organisation. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving sales effectiveness and continuous improvement, and is motivated to make a real impact within our organisation.
 
Responsibilities 

  • Provide expert business support, including reviewing vulnerable customer cases, mystery shopping results, and welcome call issues
  • Act as a subject matter expert on systems and technical matters for complex cases
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new advisors into the distribution channel
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to deliver point-of-sale observations and feedback
  • Contribute to business strategy and help shape team goals related to sales effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for improvement at both individual and channel levels
  • Ensure all sales activities consider customer interests
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience 

  • QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) or similar qualification is essential
  • Relevant experience, ideally within Financial Services Brokerage or Insurance a plus
  • Excellent customer service focus and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and drive change
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Business analysis skills and a solid understanding of the insurance industry
