Role Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead a small team of Financial Advisors (specializing in Life Insurance and Protection)
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in selling protection products plus experience in people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Protection/Life Insurance Advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and ongoing support to team members, enhancing their skills and product knowledge.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the growth of protection product sales.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement and professional development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage and resolve client escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) qualification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in selling protection products is a must.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, particularly protection products.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using financial software and CRM systems.
