360 Search are recruiting for a prominent Brokerage firm renowned in the Irish market, operating across Life, Pensions, Wealth & Mortgages – with a mission to help clients secure their financial futures.. The firm are currently experiencing a period of significant expansion and have a newly created opportunity for a Sales Manager.
 
Role Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead a small team of Financial Advisors (specializing in Life Insurance and Protection)

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in selling protection products plus experience in people management. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Protection/Life Insurance Advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members, enhancing their skills and product knowledge.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the growth of protection product sales.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage and resolve client escalations in a professional and timely manner. 

Requirements:

  • QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) qualification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in selling protection products is a must.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products, particularly protection products.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and CRM systems.
