Position Summary
This is a full-time permanent role providing administrative and client support to financial consultants and a health insurance division. You will play a key part in the end-to-end client journey, supporting new business, servicing existing clients, review activity and retention campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to financial consultants and health division
  • Process new business applications and manage advisor pipelines
  • Prepare quotations, reports and client documentation
  • Liaise with product providers and track outstanding requirements
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and policy servicing support
  • Coordinate client review meetings and related projects
  • Identify opportunities within existing client base and refer internally
  • Maintain accurate, compliant client records
  • Support retention and growth campaigns across product lines
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Flexibility & Team Support

This is a collaborative brokerage environment. While the focus is life, pensions and health insurance, flexibility to support personal lines and commercial teams when required is expected.

You are organised, client-focused and proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in financial services brokerage
  • Knowledge of life assurance, pensions, investments and protection
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and client service ability
  • High attention to detail and compliance awareness
  • QFA or part-qualified QFA advantageous

Desirable Experience

  • Health insurance experience
  • Knowledge of Irish health insurers
  • Experience using brokerage CRM systems
  • Exposure to provider portals and online processing
  • Experience supporting campaigns or retention activity
