An established insurance brokerage operating across modern offices one of which is based in Kildare. The business has made significant investment in state-of-the-art office facilities and systems. Personal Lines is a core part of the wider business and is closely connected to the commercial book.
Your new role
You will join the Personal Lines team in a full-time, office-based position, managing a portfolio of approximately 800 policies annually. The role covers renewals and new business across Motor and Home insurance, with a strong focus on customer service, client retention, and cross-selling opportunities linked to the commercial book. You will be supported by an experienced team with structured renewal processes in place.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in a Personal Lines insurance role
- Proven experience managing Motor and Home insurance portfolios
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
- Strong client management and customer service skills
- Be available to work 5 days in office in either Naas or Edenderry.
- Well-organised with good attention to detail
What you’ll get in return
- Salary up to €40,000, depending on experience
