One of Irelands leading underwriting insurance companies is currently seeking an Administrator to join their growing commercial insurance team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:
- Handling the processing of both renewal and new business documents once obtained by the Underwriters.
- Compiling pre-renewal packages for Brokers.
- Managing all invoicing tasks within the team, ensuring Underwriters are informed as needed.
- Following up on and verifying all proposal forms and necessary documentation.
- Printing and mailing Insurance Certificates & Discs, along with managing any additional administrative tasks, including maintaining updated systems and spreadsheets.
- Offering additional support to underwriting colleagues and management as needed.
The ideal candidate will have previous insurance administrative experience, preferably in commercial insurance. They will have a strong attention to detail and be capable of working on their own when necessary.
