Conor is a Senior Recruitment Consultant with strong 360 experience across the insurance market. He previously worked on the insurance desk at 360 Search before spending time in Australia, and now returns to Dublin to take on a role on the Life & Pensions desk.
He works across life, pensions, asset management, investments and mortgages, managing the full recruitment process from business development through to placement. He recruits across the full financial services spectrum, including pensions administrators, mortgage administrators, financial advisors, mortgage advisors, paraplanners, and Certified Financial Planners, through to senior hires at manager, head of, and director level.
His approach is straightforward and relationship-driven. He focuses on understanding both client and candidate properly, ensuring the right fit. Conor also brings prior industry experience advising clients on pensions, protection and investments. Combined with his CIP and QFA qualifications, this gives him a clear understanding of both the technical detail and the people behind the roles.
