Lynda Barnes, Managing Director of 360 Search has over fifteen years market experience having started her career as an insurance underwriter, where she gained invaluable insights into the internal workings of insurance companies along with a technical understanding of equating risk. During her career, Lynda has consulted, recruited and headhunted at the highest levels, and, has played a pivotal part in enabling international start-ups, map out and recruit the very best talent. Recruiting at executive levels, this ensures that 360 candidates have access to the right people at the right level when they are looking to change their role. More recently, she has been engaged in providing a mergers & acquisitions facilitation service to insurance brokers.
Skilled in her profession, Sarah is a general insurance market leader. She has finely tuned negotiation skills to ensure insurance professionals get what they want from any recruitment process. In a former life, Sarah had extensive experience working in a fast paced high street recruitment environment, dealing with roles ranging from junior to senior management within a variety of industries before joining 360 Search. Ellen Byrne joined 360 at the start of 2016 to further augment 360s general insurance offering.She joined the firm with a wealth of HR expertise spanning from sales management through to training and development of senior hires.Her expertise in all legal aspects of Human Resources ensures she can offer unrivalled support to our General Insurance hiring managers.Ellen has further developed the mid-market commercial broking function at 360 and has had significant success in completing compliance projects for insurance companies and brokers alike.Currently finishing her Business Studies Degree with a specialisation Finance, Ellen is a believer in personal development and expanding her business acumen.

Having spent 19 years working in the life and pensions sector. 15 of which were spent as a Financial Advisor. Seeking a new challenge Derek has moved to 360 into the world of recruitment. Using his years of experience Derek is currently recruiting in the sector of Life and Pensions. Derek is our newest recruit and we'd like to welcome him to the 360 Search team and the recruitment industry.
At 360 Search Gillian is our Business Executive, supporting each business division, managing all of 360’s outsourced arrangements with designers, SEO firms, IT providers and industry associations. Gillian joined 360 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. In addition to her other responsibilities, she arranges and oversees all on-line marketing, industry events and public relations with trade journals. She has a defined role in strategically directing our market presence on-line. Gillian’s contribution at 360 is to ensure our online brand is at the fore front of the industry’s mind, and that we stay the leader talent firm for General Insurance, Life, Pensions and Investments.
Tony is an accountant with over 18 years experience beginning his career in Stockbroking and Asset Management. In the midst of the tech boom Tony took the role of Financial Controller of one of Ireland’s largest Dot-Com companies where he helped it become a major player in global banking software. Tony returned to Financial Services some years ago taking up a position of Finance Director with an Inter Dealer Broker operating in the Interbank market. Tony is responsible for finance and strategic development.

Peter joined the board of 360 Search as Non Executive Director and we are delighted to have an individual of his calibre and business experience as part of the team. Peter is Stadium Director at Croke Park and previously ran Smurfit Publications. He also won Marketer of the Year in 2013. Peter’s wealth of experience and skilled commercial and marketing acumen will help steer 360 Search as it grows over the coming years.
