Through our dedicated investment in internal and external training programmes, knowledge sharing and online learning we ensure our people are among the best trained in the industry.

All new consultants in our business are put through a one month intensive “in-house” 360 training programme. New recruiters complete the NRF Certificate in Recruitment Training. This is an external exam and accreditation awarded by the National Recruitment Federation.
