Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of renewals and new business enquiries, delivering high standards of client service.
  • Respond promptly to intermediary enquiries, providing detailed information on policy coverage, terms, and claims procedures.
  • Process MTAs, issue endorsements, prepare MRC slips, and generate policy documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline client services and support portfolio growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years in the insurance industry,with strong experience in property and managing a portfolio.
  • Minimum APA qualification.
  • Strong communication, client relationship management, and organisational skills.
  • Candidates with Lloyd’s or MGA experience and a background in retail insurance or underwriting are encouraged to apply.
