360 Search is working with a well-established Dublin financial services firm to appoint an Administrator into their Life & Pensions team. This is a strong opportunity for someone with existing life and protection experience to join a stable, long-standing business with a clear structure and genuine client and provider contact built into the role.
The Role
You will take ownership of new and pipeline Life & Pensions business, managing each case from submission through to completion. This is a process-driven role with real accountability, sitting at the centre of client, provider, and compliance interactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing new business and pipeline cases across the Life & Pensions book
- Ensuring all documentation and information meets company and regulatory requirements, working closely with the compliance team
- Liaising directly with clients, providers, and other relevant third parties throughout the process
- Processing business through industry online systems and maintaining accurate internal records
- Handling client queries and escalating where appropriate
- Managing a pipeline of cases proactively against agreed targets
- Maintaining a high standard of client service across every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Life & Protection, ideally within completions, new business, or case management
- Solid understanding of the Financial Services industry and related products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising across clients, providers, and internal stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy pipeline under pressure
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- A professional, diplomatic approach with a genuine focus on client outcomes
