About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Operations Director and Operations team to provide technical and administrative support. The Operations Team collaborates with the Underwriting function to ensure the seamless operation of the business. This role involves working with teams in both Europe (Dublin) and the UK and will require occasional travel.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Bordereaux production and management
  • Data analysis, in collaboration with the Data Analytics team
  • Capacity providers reports and Business Ad hoc Reporting
  • Support for Business Projects
  • General administration support
  • Audit support
  • Assisting the Accounts function when necessary

About the Candidate

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proactive approach to tasks
  • Willingness to improve processes and procedures for maximum efficiency
  • Problem-solving abilities with a strong sense of initiative
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages such as Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
  • Experience in the Insurance sector is required
