Our client is one of Irelands largest insurance brokers is currently looking for an experienced individual to join their commercial team as an Account Director on their New Business Team in Dublin.
Your duties will revolve around assisting in achieving the overall objectives of the Commercial Lines New Business Team while working closely with the Business Development Director.
Other responsibilities include seeking, quoting and converting quotations for new commercial clients, meet income acquisitions and referral targets set, manage aged debt and premium collection.
An ideal candidate for this role will hold a minimum of a CIP qualification, have a minimum of 7 years’ of experience in the commercial insurance industry and hold relevant experience in commercial new business, You will have strong communication skills with an ability to convert large and complex commercial risks into clients . You will also have technical and product knowledge along with great negotiation skills.
In return, you will receive a basic salary up to €80k depending on your experience, an attractive commission structure, pension contribution, and the option to work from home on a hybrid bases.
