Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Financial Advisor to provide expert, impartial financial advice across protection, investment, and pension products. You’ll play a key role in delivering personalised consultations and developing strong client relationships, while upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ goals, needs, and risk profiles.
  • Deliver tailored financial plans across pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Provide high-quality written reports with clear, compliant recommendations.
  • Educate and advise employees and organisations through 1:1 and group settings.
  • Stay compliant with Central Bank of Ireland and internal regulatory standards.
  • Support team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Uphold our culture of trust, transparency, and financial wellness.

What You Bring

  • Qualifications: QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) essential. CFP®, SIA, RPA, or PTP desirable.
  • Expertise in:
    • Personal taxation (income, capital gains, inheritance tax)
    • Pension planning (PRSA, ARF, annuities, self-invested pensions)
    • Protection & investment products
    • Company share schemes & pension legislation
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication (verbal & written)
    • High ethical standards and professionalism
    • Strong analytical, planning and client management skills
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel and digital tools
    • Coaching/mentoring experience is a plus
