Financial Services Administrator
Location: Lucan, Co Dublin

Role Overview:
The Financial Services Administrator will support the Financial Services function in delivering a high-quality service to clients. This role involves working with the Senior Financial Advisor, preparing documentation, liaising with providers, managing client records, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Services function, including preparation of client reports, meeting packs, and documentation.
- Process applications and paperwork relating to pensions, investments, and protection products on provider systems.
- Liaise with clients, product providers, underwriters and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information and ensure a smooth application process.
- Maintain and update client records on the CRM system.
- Monitor and follow up on all outstanding requirements in a professional manner.
- Always ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar financial services or brokerage administration role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Money Advice system or similar).
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Completed or working towards QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) qualification, as a minimum.
