This role will involve working with our existing client book delivering an excellent and consistent level of customer service while identifying potential sales opportunities.

This role will involve working with our existing client book with a primary focus on identifying and securing new sales opportunities.

The successful candidate joins a team of established executives and has a desire to work in a fast-paced environment which does not compromise on quality and be sales orientated. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identifying financial services needs opportunities within the existing customer base. 
  • Persuading prospective clients to engage in discussions and meetings to explore and secure their financial needs. 
  • Reviewing customer portfolios to uncover and pursue business development opportunities. 
  • Providing tailored advice and solutions to both existing and new customers, focusing on achieving their financial goals through proactive sales efforts. This will be managed through inbound and outbound telephony and video calling, together with responding to and executing various new business applications. 
  • Driving the promotion and sales of protection products to the existing client base, with an aim to expand to other products over time. 
  • Managing and capitalising on referrals to/from the existing Advisory Team to generate sales. 
  • Overseeing and growing existing group pension and risk schemes.
  • Actively contributing to sales campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Playing a proactive role in the continuous development and sales growth of the Financial Services Hub.

Knowledge

  • You are QFA qualified or progression towards same.
  • You will have a very good knowledge of life and Protection Insurance products, having worked in the industry for twelve months minimum.
  • You will have excellent organisation and communication skills and are confident with clients either face to face, use of digital platforms, by phone or written correspondence.
  • You are target driven and ability to work under pressure.
  • You have a willingness to learn and a determination to succeed.
