Our client is an award-winning financial advice firm offering investment, pensions and mortgage advice across Ireland. Continued client demand and recent acquisition activity mean the business is growing, and they are now looking for an experienced mortgage professional to join their senior team in Dublin.

This role suits someone who already runs a strong mortgage book and wants more influence over how a business develops. You’ll keep a hands-on client focus while contributing to commercial planning, supporting other advisers, and building towards a formal leadership position.

About the Business
The firm works with individuals and companies who want clear and practical financial advice. Their approach combines strong technical expertise with modern, technology-led processes, transparent pricing and straightforward communication.

It is a people-first business, for clients and colleagues alike. Advisers take pride in giving advice that makes a real difference and in building relationships that last.

The Role

  • Manage the full mortgage process from initial enquiry through to drawdown
  • Grow and develop your own client base, identifying protection and wider advice opportunities where appropriate
  • Contribute to business planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Mentor and support advisers, helping to raise team performance
  • Manage pipeline, reporting and performance tracking using CRM and Excel
  • Represent the business confidently with clients and stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

  • QFA or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years’ mortgage experience, with end-to-end case management
  • A proven record of revenue generation and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Good knowledge of protection and how it fits within a broader advice relationship
  • A commercial mindset, with a focus on conversion and identifying opportunity
  • Experience mentoring or leading others in an advisory setting
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Clear, confident communication and strong presentation skills
  • Ambition to progress into a leadership or management role

This is an opportunity to join a respected, growing business at a point where senior people can genuinely shape its direction. You’ll have the backing of an established brand and modern systems, alongside a clear path towards leadership.
