In this role, you will work across all personal lines departments, with key responsibilities including managing renewals, client retention, and processing mid-term adjustments. You will also ensure tasks such as accounts entry, claims liaison, and correspondence are completed efficiently, while maintaining accurate files on Relay and adhering to compliance standards.
To be considered, you must hold an APA qualification and have experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Knowledge of Relay is an advantage.
