We’re working with a leading insurance brokerage that is looking to hire experienced Account Executives to join their personal lines teams nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who enjoys building long-term client relationships and providing tailored insurance solutions in a supportive and well-structured environment.

Reporting to both the Team Leader and Head of Existing Business, the focus of this role is on managing renewals and retaining a portfolio of personal lines clients. You’ll be the main point of contact for your clients, reviewing policies, negotiating renewal terms, and ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally. While the primary focus is retention, you’ll also have the opportunity to identify and secure new business when opportunities arise, helping to grow the portfolio further.

To be successful, you’ll need a minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in an insurance role, ideally with a background in personal lines. An APA qualification is essential. You should have experience handling renewals and negotiating terms confidently, with a proven ability to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.

In return, you’ll receive a salary of up to €38,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave (with the option to purchase up to 5 extra days), pension, life cover, and income protection.
