Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of renewals and new business enquiries, delivering high standards of client service.
- Respond promptly to intermediary enquiries, providing detailed information on policy coverage, terms, and claims procedures.
- Process MTAs, issue endorsements, prepare MRC slips, and generate policy documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline client services and support portfolio growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years in the insurance industry,with strong experience in property and managing a portfolio.
- Minimum APA qualification.
- Strong communication, client relationship management, and organisational skills.
- Candidates with Lloyd’s or MGA experience and a background in retail insurance or underwriting are encouraged to apply.
