Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with partner brokers to develop and secure new business opportunities.
- Assist in the placement of risks through internal systems and insurer portals.
- Gather and assess risk information from brokers to prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
- Maintain strong relationships with underwriting partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guideline.
- Provide a high standard of customer service to brokers and clients.
- Contribute to team targets and growth objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a personal lines insurance role (broker, account handler, sales or customer service)
- A strong understanding of general insurance principles.
- Basic knowledge of commercial insurance products (property, liability, motor, etc.)
- APA (Commercial Insurance) qualification required; working towards or holding APA/CIP in Commercial is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
