Eoin's journey with 360 Search started in 2021 when he joined us as a specialist insurance recruiter, he brought with him a wealth of experience from a fast-paced brokerage environment. His deep understanding of the insurance industry, underpinned by his CIP designation, has been instrumental in shaping our approach to recruitment in this sector.
