The successful candidate will primarily support one of the largest and most high-profile RMP Domestic clients. This role involves close collaboration with Account Executives, local colleagues, and the broader network to effectively manage this client.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee renewals, mid-term adjustments, invoicing, and preparation of new quotes.
  • Resolve client queries and address service needs promptly.
  • Serve as a dependable and knowledgeable resource for team members seeking guidance.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure exceptional client service delivery.
  • Day-to-day professional management and oversight of all aspects of clients’ insurance portfolios.
  • Assistance for Client Executives and collaboration with the wider Client Advisory team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert advice and service to clients and Client Executives, utilising team expertise as needed.
  • Manage renewals, negotiate re-marketing, and finalise insurance placements.
  • Provide prompt and efficient client support, handling invoicing, cover notes, endorsements, and summaries within agreed timeframes.
  • Foster strong working relationships with colleagues, insurance providers, and their teams.
  • Maintain strict adherence to compliance procedures and policies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of cover placements as per client instructions.
  • Assist the Team Manager with various projects and additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to review work critically.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on building effective partnerships with onshore and offshore teams.
  • Analytical thinking to identify and implement improvements in efficiency and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  •   Over three years of relevant insurance experience.
  •   Industry qualifications such as CIP or ACII, or a commitment to pursue these certifications if not already achieved.
