The Role
Working alongside an existing team member, with support from the wider business, you will manage the day-to-day administration of premium finance agreements from application through to renewal. It is a varied role combining compliance-led administration, credit control and growing exposure to broker relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing new business applications, including credit checks, AML documentation and compliance data fields
- Issuing finance documentation via DocuSign and following up on outstanding signatures and paperwork
- Handling renewals, adjustments and day-to-day account queries
- Monitoring accounts and following up on payment defaults
- Acting as a point of contact for broker partners, providing regular updates and supporting the onboarding of new brokers
- Providing sales support to the Business Development Manager as broker relationships develop
- Maintaining accurate records and audit trails in line with Central Bank requirements, including the Consumer Protection Code, AML/CTF and GDPR
- Escalating complaints or compliance concerns in line with internal procedure
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Around 1 to 1.5 years’ experience within an insurance brokerage or similar environment. Personal lines experience (home, motor, van, fleet) is welcomed; commercial lines is an advantage but not essential
- A working understanding of product mechanics such as pro rata calculations, short period rates, minimum deposits and cancellation terms
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear, professional communication, which matters all the more in a hybrid setup
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
