360 Search is representing a well-established independent brokerage in North Dublin, led by a director with over 30 years in the Irish market. The firm is small and selective, and has built its client base on trust and long-term relationships. It’s now looking for someone to take real ownership of its mortgage business, from the first client conversation through to drawdown.
This role suits someone who wants to see the whole case, not just one stage of it. You’d work directly with clients, lenders and the director, and grow into advice with proper support behind you.
The role
- Owning mortgage cases end to end, from first contact through to fact find, recommendation, packaging, submission and drawdown.
- Handling incoming enquiries and leads, all of which come from the firm. There’s no requirement to generate your own business and no sales target.
- Advising on mortgage credit under a structured supervision arrangement, with the scope widening as you develop.
- Working across a full lender panel and liaising with underwriters, solicitors and valuers.
- Running the firm’s day-to-day compliance administration, including Terms of Business, the consent register, AML due diligence and a rolling file audit programme. Overall ownership of compliance stays with the director.
What you’ll bring
- QFA qualified (APA minimum)
- 2 – 3 years of mortgage experience within a brokerage minimum
- Confident use of lender portals and CRM systems.
- The right attitude: hands-on, adaptable and happy to own the detail.
