360 Search is working with a highly respected financial planning firm in Dublin to hire a Senior Financial Planning Administrator / Operations & Documentation Lead.
The role is broad, varied, and central to how the business runs — covering new business, reporting, documentation, and operational support. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes in a financial planning environment, keeping everything organised, accurate, and moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
New Business & Client Support
- Prepare new business applications and adviser meeting follow-ups
- Produce client presentation and proposal packs
- Maintain accurate client records and onboarding documentation
Reporting & Operations
- Produce weekly/monthly MI (pipeline, business flow, activity reporting)
- Support month-end reporting
- Help improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
Documentation & Process
- Maintain internal procedures and documentation
- Support process improvements and workflow consistency
- Assist with operational projects
Compliance Support (light touch)
- Support AML tracking and regulatory updates
- Help communicate regulatory changes internally
- Assist with compliance-related documentation
General Support
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support
- Assist with reception/office cover when required
- Support wider team during busy periods
About You
- Experience in financial services (financial planning/brokerage ideal)
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Enjoy working in a small, collaborative team
Desirable
- QFA or APA qualification
- Experience with pensions, investments, protection
- Exposure to reporting or operational processes
- Background in smaller brokerage environments
