360 Search are recruiting exclusively for a specialist Wealth Management firm with a strong focus on pensions and financial planning, based in South County Dublin.

The Companies client-base is made up primarily of owner-directors and self-employed professionals who value deep expertise, long-term relationships, and a bespoke service.

As part of the succession planning, the Firm are looking to appoint a high-calibre Wealth Manager who will play a pivotal role in the next phase of company growth. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual who not only has strong technical ability, but also the vision and interpersonal skills to help lead the business into the future. 

The successful individual will be given the time and space to develop long-term relationships, grow the Funds Under Management (FUM), and ultimately take a leadership role as a Director in the firm with potential pathway to equity.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Client Relationship Management:

  • Nurture and deepen relationships with existing high-value client base
  • Deliver trusted, strategic advice on pensions, investments, and broader financial planning
  • Maintain the highest standards of client care and ethical conduct

Business Development:

  • Become the primary driver of new client acquisition through developing relationships with professional intermediaries (particularly accountancy practices)
  • Build on the Firms strong brand via LinkedIn and other social platforms
  • Host and contribute to webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with the leadership team to define and execute the firm’s growth strategy

Leadership & Vision:

  • Contribute to strategic decision-making and development of the business
  • Take a long-term view with the aspiration of becoming a stakeholder within the business.
  • Help shape the culture and future direction of our firm

Who We’re Looking For

  • A highly trustworthy and principled professional with a long-term mindset
  • Proven experience in pensions, investments, and holistic financial planning
  • Ideally Certified Financial Planner (or working towards CFP status)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to build trust with clients and professionals alike
  • Commercially astute with a strategic mindset
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and genuine ambition to help lead and grow a business
  • Experience working with or developing professional introducers is a strong advantage
  • Confident using digital platforms to build profile and engage audiences
