About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Risk Advisor to join the Risk Advisory function.
This role will involve working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify, assess, and manage risks that may impact organizational objectives. The successful candidate will provide practical risk guidance, support the development of risk frameworks, and help embed a proactive risk culture across the organization and its partners.

Key Responsibilities:
-Risk Advisory & Risk Management
- Provide guidance and support on effective risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Work with stakeholders to understand emerging risks and develop practical solutions.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of risk management frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Assist organizations in strengthening controls and reducing potential exposures.
-Governance & Assurance
- Promote effective governance and risk management practices.
- Support the development of policies, procedures, and best-practice guidance.
- Contribute to risk reviews, assurance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making.
-Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Provide clear, practical advice tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Represent the organization at relevant meetings and forums when required.
-Analysis & Reporting
- Support risk assessments, reporting activities, and data analysis.
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve risk performance.
- Contribute to wider business initiatives and strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant qualification or professional experience in Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, Insurance, Audit, Law, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a risk advisory, enterprise risk, governance, compliance, or assurance environment.
- Knowledge of risk frameworks, controls, and governance principles.
- Experience developing risk documentation, policies, or improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence presenting information and influencing stakeholders.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail.
- A full clean driving license and flexibility to travel when required.
