With nearly 30 years’ business development and management experience, Greg sets our operational strategy and supports the team with increasing sales performance and attracting the right talent to join the business. Greg supports the creation and delivery of the company strategy and growth plans. He also ensures best practice processes are implemented and adhered to by all in the wider RE business.

In 2004, he founded private equity firm Hamilton Bradshaw which now has a portfolio of 30+ businesses. He is well known for joining the hit BBC show – Dragons’ Den, and The Business Class on CNBC. A passionate supporter of small businesses, James chaired the government’s Start-Up Loans scheme and now invests in and mentors Recruitment Entrepreneur businesses.

Prior to joining 360 Search, she specialised in Technical Sourcing, focusing on identifying and securing top-tier talent for a global company. Amber excels in managing multiple client projects simultaneously and consistently ensures that our clients secure the most suitable candidates for their unique needs.

Nolan is a Technical Recruiter with nearly a decade of experience across Fintech, InsurTech, and the IT sector. Nolan comes with a passion to learn new technologies and to keep up with the latest advances in his markets. Nolan has experience working in tech firms and financial services such as Google and Citi Bank. Working across all levels from C-Suite to Analyst level. Nolan offers 360 clients, a specialism in consultative advice when building tech teams, and InsurTech search and selection.
Life, Pensions and Investments Recruitment Consultant
Kate joined 360 Search from a fast-paced Brokerage, bringing with her a strong insight of a Life & Pensions business. During her time as a Financial Advisor, Kate ensured the needs of her clients were met and has proven success in building strong and lasting relationships. Kate also holds the QFA designation and will incorporate this knowledge and experience when recruiting for the Life & Pensions industry.
Operations Manager
Eoin's journey with 360 Search started in 2021 when he joined us as a specialist insurance recruiter, he brought with him a wealth of experience from a fast-paced brokerage environment. His deep understanding of the insurance industry, underpinned by his CIP designation, has been instrumental in shaping our approach to recruitment in this sector. During his time with 360, Eoin has demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication, leading to continued success in general insurance recruitment and selection.
In his role as Recruitment Manager for our Insurance team, Eoin has shown an outstanding ability to manage and grow the team, specialising in Junior to Senior insurance roles within the broker and direct insurer space. His transition through recruitment and account management positions has prepared him well for his new role as Operations Manager.
Associate Director
Holly is an established Recruitment Consultant in the Financial Planning & Wealth Management sectors. Having previously worked in an Irish-based Life & Pensions Brokerage, Holly brought with her invaluable knowledge and insight of the industry. This has allowed her to develop key client relationships and a significant network, in order to best match Employers with suitable talent. As a result she has played an integral part in the growth plans of many Irish-based Brokers.
Holly is at the forefront of 360 Search’s UK offering, bringing her tailored and personalised recruitment offering to UK based clients with a key focus on the compliance function within the Financial Services industry.
In addition, Holly is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance from Lancaster University.

Lynda has over 15 years’ market experience, having started her career as an insurance underwriter where she gained invaluable insights into the internal workings of the industry along with a technical understanding of equating risk.
During her career, Lynda has consulted, recruited and headhunted at the highest levels; playing a pivotal role in enabling international start-ups to map out and onboard the very best talent.

Sarah has over 10 years’ market experience and is a market leader with excellent negotiation skills. Sarah operates at senior and executive levels and is involved in discrete projects that require a confidential approach. She works with some of the most prolific entrepreneurs within the broker market and wider Financial Services.
Sarah holds a BA Degree in Business & Marketing, a Degree in Nutritional Therapy, and a PostGrad Degree in Psychology.
