About the Role
Our client  looking for an additional Household Renewals Handler to join a growing team within a well-established underwriting agency. This role will focus on managing high-volume renewals for household insurance policies while ensuring a seamless and efficient process for brokers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 1000-1,500 monthly household insurance renewals as a team of four, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work with a system-driven platform designed to minimize human error.
  • Liaise with 300+ brokers submitting policies, ensuring excellent service and communication.
  • Support brokers with queries and policy adjustments, maintaining high retention rates.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with the existing renewals team to streamline processes and improve workflow.

Key Requirements

  • Fully qualified or currently working towards qualification (APA or CIP preferred).
  • Open to various backgrounds, but insurance experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Based in Ireland (remote role) – proximity is beneficial but not essential.
